Mind Wandering. The Fix.

Our minds like to wander. To discover trouble — to protect us.

Left alone, it will not stop.

The most effective anchor is purpose. Or two.

A purpose — a project, a practice, something that recurs — gives the mind somewhere to go instead of everywhere at once. Any purpose works. Big or small. It only needs to make sense to you.

PS. Don't overthink it. → Execute. Always.
