- Push-ups.
Triceps
- Cable pushdown.
- Dumbbell kickback.
- Dips.
- Overhead tricep extension.
Shoulders
- Seated shoulder press machine.
- Dumbbell overhead press.
- Dumbbell lateral raises.
Abs
- Hanging leg raises / captain's chair.
- Lying leg raises.
- Standing mountain climbers.
- Mountain climbers.
- Crunches.
