  • Bench press machine / dumbbell bench press.
  • Cable crossover — high pulley, pushing down.
  • Pec fly machine / dumbbell flyes.
  • Dumbbell pullover.
  • Push-ups.

Triceps

  • Cable pushdown.
  • Dumbbell kickback.
  • Dips.
  • Overhead tricep extension.

Shoulders

  • Seated shoulder press machine.
  • Dumbbell overhead press.
  • Dumbbell lateral raises.

Abs

  • Hanging leg raises / captain's chair.
  • Lying leg raises.
  • Standing mountain climbers.
  • Mountain climbers.
  • Crunches.
